• Column 1: File Reference (optional)
• Column 2: EUIPO Application or Registration Number (required)
• Columns to the right of column 2 will be ignored

Accepted trademark number formats include:

• 123456789
• EU123456789, EM 123456789, CTM123456789
• Numbers may be entered as text or numeric — we’ll normalize them automatically.

If the File Reference column is left blank, a reference will be auto-generated. This reference is only used internally and does not affect the Patricia import process.
